Establishing the “International Commission against Corruption and Organized Crime” in the heart of the European Union countries, next to the second headquarters of the United Nations, to contribute with these countries, the United Nations, and countries of the world as a whole in achieving international peace and security, supporting law enforcement agencies and international tools in
fact-finding, and giving civil society the opportunity to play its role in supporting international efforts made in combating corruption and organized crime.
